Verification of absences related to SARS-CoV2
The University of Szeged has created a voluntary reporting form in the MODULO system for the registration and verification of absences related to the epidemiological situation caused by SARS-CoV2 and for the preparation of internal statistics.
Dear Student,
The form is available on the following link*. Please update your pre-triage data sheet** before submitting the form!
Please fill in the form and give information on the reason and the duration of your absence to the University if you are unable to fulfill your study obligations due to the following cases:
- due to the recommendation of your general practitioner,
- due to voluntary quarantine - based on connections with COVID-19 cases -,
- due to official quarantine ordered by the epidemiological authority for contact research,
- due to official quarantine ordered by the epidemiological authority in relation with COVID-19
