Academic registration / enrolment

from 2-6 September at the M16 office, at the Dean’s Office, Aradi vértanúk tere 1, Szeged during the following reception hours:

Monday- Thursday: 8.00-12.00 and 13.00-16.00, Friday: 8.00-12.00

During the enrolment process we have to check your original or notarized documents, so please take the following with you:

 

The following documents have to be presented in original form during the enrollment process:


  1. Valid passport
  2. MSc degree for applicants for PhD programmes OR: BSc degree for applicants for MSc programmes OR:High graduation school certificate for applicants for the BSc programme
  3. International language exam certificate B2 level (e.g: TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge Certificate etc.)(If English as the medium of instruction during your previous studies was accepted, please take that document issued by your university with you.)
  4. Recent medical certificate (less than 6 months old!!!)
  5. Your visa /residence permit (if visa is not required to enter Hungary, you do not have to present this.)
